Everything You Need to Know
Policies & Class Fee Details
Getting Started
Class options, schedules, and tuition rates are available through our online parent portal after creating an account and logging in.
The portal is the most up-to-date source for availability, class details, and enrollment information.
Sessions
We offer a School Year Session (September–April) and a Summer Session (dates vary each year).
Enrollment does not automatically carry over between sessions, so families must register for each one individually.
Please review session dates and register early, as class space is limited.
Tuition
Tuition is billed monthly throughout the school year and is based on an average of four classes per month.
Months with five classes are not charged additional tuition, and months with three classes are not discounted.
Once tuition has been processed, it is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Billing
Statements are emailed on or around the 15th business day of each month, and payments are automatically processed on or around the 25th business day.
The first month’s tuition is due at the time of enrollment.
Enrollment Changes
If you plan to discontinue enrollment, please notify us before the 25th of the month. This helps avoid the next billing cycle and allows us to offer available spots to other families.
If an automatic monthly payment is declined or returned for insufficient funds and the account is not brought current by the 1st of the following month, the athlete’s enrollment may be marked inactive.
Payment Method
A valid bank account or credit card must be kept on file in the parent portal.
Tuition and fees will be processed automatically using the payment method provided.
Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about class logistics, behavior expectations, and joining our gymnastics family.
How early should we arrive?
Please arrive no more than 5 minutes before class begins.
Early arrival often leads to extra energy, big wiggles, and cartwheels in the lobby area. For the safety and comfort of all families, we ask that children remain seated and supervised while waiting for class to start.
We appreciate your help in keeping our lobby safe, respectful, and welcoming for everyone!
Late pick-up policy?
Please pick up your child promptly after class. For safety, children should remain inside the building until their ride arrives. If you are running late, please text Holli at 515-462-4552 so we can ensure your child safely with a coach until pickup.
What happens if it snows?
If we need to close due to severe weather, we will notify families promptly via email. A make-up class will be automatically added to your account to ensure your child does not miss their lesson.
Can I stay and watch?
We kindly ask that families avoid distractions such as waving, tapping on the windows, or calling out during class. We know it’s exciting to watch your child learn and grow—and they love seeing you too! However, even small distractions can pull not only your child’s attention away from instruction, but also the focus of other athletes in class.
When children come to the window to interact with parents or become focused on family members instead of their coach, they miss valuable learning time and important safety instructions. If you notice your child becoming distracted by your presence, we kindly ask that you step back from the viewing area to help them refocus and stay engaged in class.
Our goal is to build independence, confidence, listening skills, and a positive learning environment for every child. A calm, distraction-free atmosphere allows coaches to teach effectively and helps each athlete get the most out of their class experience.
Thank you so much for your support, understanding, and partnership in creating the best possible environment for all children.
What if my preschooler needs to use the restroom during class?
To help your child make the most of their class time, we kindly ask that all athletes use the restroom before class begins, as needs during a 30-minute class are typically minimal.
For children ages 4 and under, we will bring them to a parent or guardian if restroom assistance is needed. While many children are independent, leotards can make restroom trips a bit more time-consuming, which may result in missed class time.
We appreciate your support in helping us keep classes running smoothly and ensuring every child gets the full benefit of their lesson.
Behavior Expectations
1. Bring your listening ears, follow along, and cheer for your teammates!
2. Stay with your coach, stay safe, and have fun learning.
3.Try your best, keep a positive attitude, and be kind to everyone around you.
What if my child is absent?
Submit absences for school year classes via email 6 hours early for a make-up token. This allows flexibility and helps us open spots for others. Late notices are not eligible for make up classes.
Can my child make up a missed gymnastics class?
We know schedules can change, and we’re happy to help when we can! Make-up classes are available for planned absences when a Future Absence Request is submitted by email at least 24 hours before the scheduled class time.
Make-ups are intended for advance-notice conflicts such as vacations, school events, or other planned commitments. Providing notice allows us to open your child’s spot for another gymnast and helps us keep classes running smoothly for all families.
Because illnesses and last-minute absences are unexpected, they are not eligible for make-up classes.
Make-up class guidelines:
-
Requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before class.
-
Make-ups are based on available space and may not always be available in the same class level or time.
-
Tiny Tumblers and May/June/Summer classes may not offer make-ups due to limited class availability.
Class Placement
Class placement is based on each child’s age, skill level, readiness, and safety. Coaches may move athletes as needed to support their progress and ensure a safe learning environment.
While friendships are important, we are unable to guarantee placement with specific friends or accommodate group requests. Our priority is always the best experience and development for each athlete.
