Grow Strong. Gain Confidence. Have Fun.
Through fun, active play and encouraging skill-building, kids grow in confidence, strength, coordination, and athletic ability in a positive, high-energy environment. Our classes and supportive progression system help every child feel successful while continuing to learn, improve, and shine at their own pace.
KinderGym
KinderGym helps children build strong foundational gymnastics skills in a fun, encouraging environment where learning and confidence grow together. With a focus on proper technique and steady progression, athletes develop skills like forward and back rolls, cartwheels, tumbling combinations, and beginner trampoline skills while improving strength, coordination, and body control.
As students advance, they also grow in independence, focus, and self-confidence in a positive, structured setting that keeps classes engaging and rewarding for every child.
Participation in in-club meets is optional but encouraged, and families will be notified when registration opens.
All children enrolled in KinderGym classes will also take part in our end-of-year showcase—a special opportunity to celebrate their

Foundations
Foundations is where students build strong, lasting skills in both tumbling and trampoline in a fun, supportive environment. Students work on key basics like cartwheels, handstands, and round-offs and progressions toward handsprings and flips. We focus on safe, proper technique—body control, good shape, and consistent landings.
As they grow, students begin connecting skills, improving coordination, and gaining confidence in how they move. This level sets a strong foundation for future tumbling by building strength, awareness, and confidence step by step.
Participation in local gym meets is optional but encouraged, giving athletes a fun opportunity to set goals and show what they’ve learned.
The season wraps up with our annual showcase in April—a wonderful chance for families to celebrate progress and watch their child shine!

Coach Holli
With a deep love for teaching and a strong focus on safety, Coach Holli brings decades of experience helping kids grow in both skill and confidence. She meets every child where they are, bringing high energy, patience, and genuine encouragement to each class so every athlete feels supported, valued, and excited to learn.
In our younger levels, the focus is on joyful movement—building coordination, strength, and confidence through fun, engaging activities that create a strong foundation for lifelong physical literacy. As athletes progress into levels like Foundations and Power Tumbling, we use a thoughtful “Easy +1” approach that helps each child grow step by step. This allows students to build strong technique, consistency, and confidence while always feeling their success along the way.
